Imported body made of panel sandwich panels, 83 MM thick, exterior and interior finishes in fiberglass with thermal insulation in high density polyurethane ± 40 kgs / m3. Bonding panels with high efficiency adhesive and bolted with 6 ”bolts to each other for longer life and decrease moisture ingress.
Interior dimensions: 5150 mm x 2250 mm x 2180 mm (Length-width-height).
Lower internal perimeter protection with joint sealant and coated in Diamond Aluminum.
Doors in the same configuration of materials, distributed; one side and two rear. High quality rubber seals around the perimeter with triple sealing sheets.
Heavy duty chrome steel fittings, anti oxides.
Integrated system that achieves optimal thermal conductivity coefficients and maximum mechanical resistance ideal for food transport.
3 mm thick corrugated aluminum floor for high internal load support.
Lightweight with a total weight approx. of 1400 kg.
